Macmillan Clinical Support Sister - Lung Cancer

1 WTE 37.5 hours


South Tees Hospital Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual to join our existing lung cancer specialist nursing team.

The role involves supporting patients and their families through the lung cancer pathway, from diagnosis and treatment, end of life care or survivorship.

The post is hospital based working across both The James Cook and The Friarage Hospital sites.

The post holders will maintain close working relationships with the appropriate community services, to ensure the patient is fully supported at all stages of their cancer pathway.


The Trust is a major cancer centre, which hosts numerous cancer multi-disciplinary teams and provides excellent radiotherapy and oncology services.
