Are you a nurse looking for a supportive team and the opportunity to develop new skills? This is an exciting time to join the community respiratory multi-disciplinary service in West Herts.
We are developing new opportunities within our existing community respiratory services which will support the delivery of care in clinic settings and in people's homes, and to enable us to do this we have a range of new learning and development opportunities available through the CLCH Academy.
We have a new opportunity for a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join our community respiratory team.
You will be supported to develop and achieve competencies to provide individualised care to respiratory patients who are receiving home Oxygen, who are being managed in the Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) service and patients have long-term respiratory conditions.
Working as a nursing associate you will need to be passionate and enthusiastic about patient care, putting patients at the heart of everything you do.
You will be working in a dynamic respiratory multi-professional team and will need to be able to think on the spot, organise your day to day tasks and be empathetic.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other staff and patients.
