Project Coordinator


Location:
Brierley Hill, Dudley - office based


Responsibilities:


Job Scheduling:
Efficiently book in jobs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal scheduling.


Contract Management:
Prepare, send, and follow up on contracts with meticulous attention to detail.


Deposit Collection:
Coordinate deposit collection process, ensuring timely payments are received in accordance with company policies.


Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding project installations and providing updates as needed.


Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between departments.


Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.


Material Orders:
Ordering materials for each job and ensuring the unit is sufficiently stocked with excess miscellaneous materials.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in project planning, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident in dealing with customer enquiries on phone calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detailoriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prince 2 Foundation is desirable but not essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to £25,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
