Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Quality Coach to join our team. As a Technical Quality Coach, You will be responsible for auditing Smart Metering Engineers within an allocated geographical region.

You will manage and have full accountability for work in progress (WIP), and post complete (PIC), to ensure jobs are compliant and that the quality of installs performed by meter workers are of the highest standard.

Duties:

• You will monitor, identifying and report on areas of concern and take appropriate and timely action to rectify them. You will have weekly and monthly targets, SLAs/KPIs.

You will undertake technical audits of all contracts, providing recommendations for corrective action.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Field audits
• Technical support, feedback, and training
• Achieving SLA's for auditing in a timely manner
• Proactive approach to leading with new strategies that support the business
• Performance analysis and take a proactive approach to maintain and improve standards
• Dealing with customers concerns and feedback
• Adhering to all legislation, regulations and internal policies and procedures

Assist the business with any other reasonable requests


Qualifications:

• Driving Licence (a current UK driving licence, or equivalent which enables driving in the UK)
• Qualified Dual Fuel Meter Engineer (_min of CMA1/CCN1, MET1, REGT1, MOCOPA Single Phase & Single off Multi Phase)_

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH
• Electric
• MOCOPA Three Phase
• Assessor Qualification
• IGEM Membership
• Previous Experience in an audit/assessor role
• IGEM Membership

Experience

• Commercially aware
• Able to work under own initiative, and deliver within tight timescales
• Able to prioritise workload effectively
• Data Protection and GDPR Compliant
• Strong Communications and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong coaching ability with strong technical experience
• Strong IT Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable

• 24 years metering experience
• 1 years' auditing/compliance experience
• IOSH Safety Qualifications
• First Aid Certificate
