Are you looking for an ambitious, well-funded business that will nurture your hunger and offer substantial reward? Our Peterborough based client is looking for a B2C Sales Manager to help them realise a positive and aggressive sales strategy on a one year fixed term contact.

You'll be using your excellent leadership and sales knowledge to support the professional growth of the Field Sales team, directing the team leaders to maximise their performance.

You'll be monitoring all non-digital B2C sales channels, exploring what worksfurther and switching up what doesn't, so you'll be able to pair your experience with creativity to work and gain results your way.

You'll deploy your lead generation skills to support the direction of the team, gaining an understanding of future prospectsand customers to develop your sales strategy, working collaboratively with other sales teams to build more channels and analyse sales data.

You'll be managing a team of 10-14 people, so your experience with managing and getting the best out of sales teams will be paramount to help you hit the ground running.

Your communication and relationship building abilities will help you support the SalesDirector with tendering and then managing 3rd party supplier relationships.
