£28,509 per annum**We are looking for a motivated, and self-led assistant manager to help with the Facilities team here at the London Wetland Centre.
The Role
You will assist the Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of the site, support with projects, and supervise the cleaning services for the centre in a customer focused environment.
You will deputise for the Facilities Manager in their absence andhave a proactive approach to ensure that the site develops and runs smoothly and safely.
About You
To join as our Facilities Assistant Manager, you'll need:
- Experience of a maintenance/technical role with excellent attention to detail
- Trade skills including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and decorating
- Experience of assisting with the design and delivery of smallscale building projects and some budgetary knowledge would be an advantage
- Good communication skills and the ability to supervise and work productively with contractors.
