About Our Client:


Established over 100 years ago this market leading company has seen significant growth in business over the last few years and is now seeking an additional Senior Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Senior Administrator you will:

  • Processing orders, maintaining and keeping track of changes to orders and returns for the business
  • Accurately input details regarding orders from overseas accounts
  • Liaise with the finance team to ensure credit notes are accurate and processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high standard of account administration and housekeeping, paying attention to any specific customer requirements
  • Produce relevant paperwork including order confirmations for customers
  • Create and produce reports for the Team Leader and Sales Agents as and when require
  • Monitor and process arrival of POs into the business to ensure they are accurately allocated

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Senior Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience in a order management role where customer service and administration was required
  • Have the ability to process high levels of data in a timely manner
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Have strong IT skills and be able to use Excel to a high standard
  • Strong attention to detail, this role requires accurately processing large amounts of data
  • Previous data entry experience is essential for this role
