Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable Clerk starting on a 6 month contract basis.

  • Responsible for bank mandate sign off/approval of all payments
  • Processing high volumes of transactions & queries
  • Key supplier account reconciliations
  • Maintain the purchase ledger suspense account
  • Maintain the credit balances account
  • Resolve queries with suppliers
  • Supporting the AP Team Leader with the supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring the control of the Suspense and Credit Balances account
