Role Summary

This role acts as administrator a variety of banking processes and services such as maintenance of bank accounts and banking platforms.

These processes are mainly straightforward and most of the time should be completed without any issues or variation from procedure.

Depending on experience and capability, the role may also act as SME for certain key services.

The incumbent will ensure their work meets SLA and appropriate Quality standards and may provide technical training to less experienced personnel.

They will spend the majority of their time performing the processes and services, with some governance responsibilities within their assigned remit.

They will work autonomously within established procedures and contribute to keeping these up to date and aligned to policy.

Core Responsibilities

Banking Administrator functions (Bank account, platform maintenance, etc)

EPG/PTX SME - structure, daily maintenance, relationship management internal and external.

Projects - Acting as a lead (or contributing as project scope requires) defined CI or development projects.
