£39,000 per annum plus company Van, bonus and Veolia benefits**
Hours:40 hours per week Monday to Friday (with weekend emergency phone support)**
Location:Veolia, Dundas Lane, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO3 5NY**

What will you be doing?

Lead and manage the client partnership through operational opportunities by ensuring trust and integrity, delivering operational change and process through innovation whilst maintaining compliance

Full line management responsibility for 6 Direct reports (3 Area Managers and 3 Site Managers)

Operational responsibility for 26 HWRC's in Hampshire

Responsible for the operational performance/compliance of the HWRC contract and meeting contractual KPIs

Attend Contract management meetings and represent Veolia's interests for the HWRC's

Full accountability for adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures

Manage current budgeted annual HWRC maintenance and fleet spends
What are we looking for?
-
Knowledge and experience of delivering a high quality service in an integrated contract with modern waste and recycling systems.

Good understanding of UK Legislation (Health and Safety, Environmental and Transport)

Extensive experience of people management and leading a large multi-site team at senior level

Proven leadership skills to develop the existing team

Experience within the waste / environment sector
