Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:


  • Formulate and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases.

On-Page Optimization:


  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other onpage elements to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Ensure the website's structure and architecture are search enginefriendly.

Technical SEO:


  • Address technical issues that might impact search engine performance, such as site speed, mobilefriendliness, and crawl errors.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.

Content Optimization:


  • Work closely with content creators to develop and optimize content that is both userfriendly and search enginefriendly.
  • Implement strategies for creating highquality, relevant, and engaging content.

Link Building:


  • Develop and execute linkbuilding strategies to enhance the website's authority and credibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate backlink profiles to ensure quality and relevance.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, summarizing key SEO metrics and outlining progress against goals.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:


  • Keep abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Attend conferences, webinars, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in SEO.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, content creation, and web development, to align SEO efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders about SEO initiatives and results.

Budget Management:


  • Manage and allocate budget resources effectively for tools, software, and other resources necessary for successful SEO campaigns.

Problem Solving:


  • Identify and address issues affecting SEO performance promptly, such as algorithm updates, penalties, or technical glitches.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
