We are a small family-owned business located in K3 Business Park on Clough Road and are passionate about providing our clients with the most professional and friendly service possible.

The Directors, Sam and Emilie, are hands-on within the business and are often in the office with the rest of the team.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, has the same passion about customer service as we do and has the ability to answer and deal with customer queries and take messages efficiently and at a steady pace.


You will be part of a small and friendly office-based team and will be acting as a receptionist for multiple businesses by answering and handling incoming calls and carrying out administrative tasks relating to them i.e taking messages, booking appointments, and answering basic FAQ's.

You will also be required to use our call answering software, along with other booking and CRM systems on which full training will be provided.


Prior to your undertaking the role you will be provided full training on how to answer and deal with calls and the systems we use.

A member of management will be around in the office for the first month of your employment. Ongoing training is also provided.

This is a permanent role working 32 hours per week. Normal working hours, after full training is provided will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm with every third Thursday 11:30am-8pm.

You will also be required to work Saturday 9am-6pm less than a handful of times a year (on average 3 times) to cover another member of staffs' annual leave.

This responsibility will be shared with 2 other members of staff.

Essential skills and experience
- previous experience in customer service
- excellent listening and communication skills
- computer literacy
- an ability to deal with potentially challenging customer service scenarios

Desirable skills and experience
- previous experience in call handling, e.g. as a receptionist
