We are eduKUDU and we have some exciting opportunities to join our growing team.

We are looking for an Account and Content Executive to join our Client Success team.

You'll be a key player in a team working on planning and generating content for clients' marketing publication portfolios created on our inhouse publishing platform.

You'll work closely with our commercial team helping them reach revenue growth targets.


We're looking for applicants who are open to challenges, can demonstrate confidence in discussing ideas with clients via zoom or in person and a drive to develop within the role.

There is also the opportunity for domestic and international travel.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage a portfolio of higher education clients, serving as their primary point of contact for content discussions. Understand the needs of your clients, and provide tailored content solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans together with account management in order to meet and exceed revenue targets and manage renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Action on the needs of our clients and provide tailored content solutions by researching and understanding their communication strategy. Create engaging content that delivers their messages to the target audience.
  • Advise and collaborate with clients to obtain content. Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines (both inhouse and client). Transform ideas into compelling copy, from concept through to the final product.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product, client success, and operations to optimise commercial strategies and enhance product offerings.

What You'll Bring:


  • Content Management: experience of working with various types of content from planning to delivery.
  • Account Management: proven track record of successful work with clients in the SaaS industry and/or Higher Education sector.
  • Organisation: you manage your time well and you can present your ideas in a visual, clear and structured way.
  • Analysis: Great at understanding briefs. You ask the right questions and relay this understanding to help shape great work.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and pivot.

Preferably have:


  • Knowledge: understanding of the higher education landscape, including key challenges, decisionmaking processes, and trends impacting the industry.
  • Data Analytics: understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Digital advertising: knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads.
