We work with some of the best brands on offer in the UK, we have an extensive supplier portfolio and large catalogues to manage and administer.

We are a forward thinking Business experiencing high levels of growth which has lead to the requirement of a Sales Support / Customer Services Role within the team.

Situated on a 2,500 acre country estate, in our air conditioned barn conversion, with walks, open green space, wildlife, secure free parking.

Working with a like-minded team, all focused on driving sales through our respective channels and websites.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in providing timely and accurate sales quotations, stock checking and product advice
• Owning customer journeys from starttofinish, liaising and building relationships with suppliers in order to provide updates, resolutions and an overall outstanding level of customer service.
• Proactively following up enquiries and quotations and chasing up suppliers on customer related issues.
• Processing a high volume of orders efficiently and with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• Demonstrable customer service skills.
• PC proficient including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
• The ability to selfmanage workloads and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills, keeping good accurate records on our booking system.
• Calm, levelheaded and problemsolving attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.

Full training on products and internal systems will be provided.

The hours are

9:00am - 5:30pm mon-fri
