Due to expansion, we are thrilled to be assisting our client - a mechanical design company within the construction industry - in recruiting a Design Engineer to join their team in Little Faringdon.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an intermediatedesigner who is looking to increase their exposure to clients.

You will be an ambitious and capable individual who can provide an active role in the business at this exciting time.


Duties:


  • Uphold high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Manage multiple projects and be able to liaise with external teams and AutoCAD operatives.
  • Represent the company at client/project team meetings.
  • Build and develop client relationships.
  • Have a commercial awareness.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Ideally, you will have 23 years postqualification experience.
  • Ideally, you will have experience of working within a building services consultancy and will be familiar with preparing full and performance mechanical services designs and specifications.
  • You will have a good understanding of all mechanical building services such as heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and controls.
  • You will have knowledge and competency of AutoCAD software.
