1. Position Summary

2. Principal Responsibilities/Duties

  • Effectively communicate and build relationships with the relevant departments/contacts with customers and suppliers.
  • Understanding the customers manufacturing, scheduling, and order process to ensure customer release orders are adhered to.
  • A keen commitment to providing excellent customer service support to our reputable brand
  • To ensure that SOP's are followed
  • To ensure that neat and accurate maintenance of all data records, based on orders or contacts
  • To proactively solve consumer queries, maintaining professional communication at all times
  • Track customer activity, and ensure we meet our customers delivery schedules.
  • To ensure that all operating systems are kept up to date based on activity taking place
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, ensure response times are adhered to and consumer queries are handled in a professional approach at all times
  • Build relationships with value added suppliers

3. Critical Challenges

  • Understanding the Company's structure, work processes and culture.
  • Building lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain open lines of communication internally between customer service and the sales team.

Interacts with:

  • Value added suppliers
  • Customers

6. Internal Contacts

  • Interacts with:
  • Senior Management; CEO, President of the Company, CFO and Vice Presidents.
  • Directors
  • Mangers
  • All other employees as needed.

Pay:
£24,074.47-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
