We are a fast growing, small company with a tight knit team and an excellent track record for growth and customer satisfaction.

We focus on ground maintenance, grass mowing, hedge cutting and other related maintenance task for schools, colleges and business premises around Cambridgeshire.

You will be joining a close team in an up and coming business where you will receive training, not only in machinery use but customer relations and basic managerial skills.

Job description

We are seeking a team member to join us on Mondays to Friday for a 9 hour shift from 8am to 5pm.

They will be required to work alone or as part of a team depending on the jobs for the day.

We encourage smart workers, thinking outside of the box to meet customer demands and be able to meet schedules provided whilst remaining safety conscious.

Duties will include:

Mowing grass areas
Strimming
Pruning shrubs and hedges with mechanical and hand operated equipment
Mulching
Watering
Hedge cutting
Weeding
Leaf collecting
Edging
Digging / forking of beds and borders
Planting new areas
Fertiliser spreading
Fence Care

Full on site training will be given but previous experience with powered machinery such as lawn mowers, strimmer and hedge cutters will be advantageous.

PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates are highly desirable but not mandatory.

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
