A fantastic opportunity to join an established national engineering contractor as an Apprentice Administrator supporting a busy and fast paced Pre-contract team.

The Role


As an AmcoGiffen Apprentice you will have an exciting opportunity to work as an integral team member working closely with colleagues across our pre-contract, work winning and other support functions.


Providing support for Pre-contract teams across all regions of the business from receipt of Leads/Tenders right through to contact award.

Managing the Tender process throughout and liaising with our Clients and Supply Chain.


AmcoGiffen's two-year Business Apprenticeship provides a wealth of learning and development opportunities whilst gaining a level 3 standard in Business and Administration (ST0070).

You will study with one of our training partners for completion of this apprenticeship.


You will receive a competitive hourly rate, with structured increases throughout your apprenticeship programme and your team will give you a warm welcome from day one helping you to settle into your new role.


Requirements:

To excel in this position, you will have the following:

  • Academic requirements: GCSE Maths & English
  • Grade 4/C minimum or equivalent
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
