we are seeking an enthusiastic Estate Operative who will join the existing Estate Team at the prestigious Bath Riverside Development.
The Role

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Property Management Estate Member include, but are not limited to:
- Litter picking throughout the Development, including but not limited to, the removal of leaflets from the internal communal areas and items of litter from around shrubs.
- Monitoring and reporting any repairs required and ensuring these are completed once instructed, creating works orders, (with authorisation from the property manager if the works are deemed to be complex or costly.)
- Liaising with the Property Management Team at Pinnacle Property Management on an ongoing basis.
- Minor external general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Monitoring the standard of cleaning, gardening and general maintenance by subcontractors.
- Ensuring binstores and bikestores are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
- Assist with the completion of twice weekly refuse collection strategy to ensure the bins are moved to the refuse collection points and returned after the Waste collection on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This will include
- To inspect all areas of the estate to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance services have been completed to the required standard and log all inspections, for future reference.
- Monitor and control instances of antisocial behaviour as and when appropriate, including but not limited to, skateboarding and loud music. Reporting any antisocial behaviour and crime to the Local Police as well as Pinnacle Property Management.
- Reporting incidents of graffiti
- Monitor river moorings.
