Trust in SODA are partnered with an exceptional digital agency that predominately provides digital solutions to a wide range of public sector clients.

They are looking for a Content Designer to work on a couple of critical programmes.

The successful applicant is expected to have the skills described in the service manual - Content Designer

Key skills we are looking for include:

Agile working
Design information to meet user needs
Design taxonomies to help users find what they need
Guidance content
Transactional content
Technical writing make complicated technical concepts easier to understand
Content concepts and prototyping
Stakeholder relationship management (content design)
User focus & usercentred (content design)
Understanding of endtoend journeys and how content is affected within these journeys
Design systems
Immersive engagement initiative and drive in engaging users/stakeholders on content
Digital perspective
