Job summary:

To support the line manager delivering administrative support to reserves soldiers within the sub unit.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.


Job description:

Maintenance of Reservist Pay and Allowances to include pay uploads and pay checks. Assist with expense claims. Maintain home to duty travel documentation

Maintenance of Reservist attendance and training records.

Complete Reservist annual bounty paperwork.

Assist with Recruitment of new Reservists to include completion of paperwork and creation of digital records.

Act as postal officer to include purchase of stamps, postal account and receipt and dispatch of mail.

Ordering of stationery.

Travel bookings for sub-unit personnel (UK and Overseas).
