What are we looking for
The Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the administration of PPM contracts.

This position involves supporting with contract documentation, assisting with contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth execution of PPM contracts.

Upto £24,000 per annum

What will you do
-
Contract Management:

Assist in the administration of PPM contracts, including reviewing contract terms, conditions, and requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including contract agreements, amendments, and correspondence. Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Contract Negotiation Support:

Assist in the preparation and review of contract proposals, bids, and amendments. Coordinate communications between internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors during contract negotiations. Participate in meetings and discussions related to contract terms, pricing, and scope of work.

  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders regarding PPM contracts.
  • Communicate contract requirements, updates, and changes to relevant parties in a clear and timely manner.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing and distributing contractrelated documents, maintaining filing systems, and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to process contractrelated payments, invoices, and expenses.
  • Support with cost analysis of expiring PPM Contracts, repricing as required ready for Quotations to be raised
  • Setting up Jobs and Invoices when renewed and advising relevant Hubs.
  • Amending PPM Contracts midterm if changes in Asset qty or visit frequency

Who are we looking for
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel. The ability to transition between multiple in house systems and client portals (following training)

You will be a highly organised individual who can demonstrate priorising your own workload

An individual with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information captured is accurate and up to date at all times

You will be able to build internal and external relationships, you will feel comfortable working within a team, but have the strength of conviction to ensure your clients requirements are prioritised

An ability to work to tight deadline and quick turnaround times, ensuring all KPI's are met

An individual who has the ability to continuously review working practices, looking for improvements which will bring efficiencies and increase productivity

Full driving license - Desirable

This role is office based Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5pm
