Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading care home provider to recruit an Interim Clinical Lead for their elderly care home based in Portsmouth.

This role is a 3-month fixed-term-contract with a genuine chance to go permanent.

As the Clinical Lead of this modern care home, you will be mainly working supernumerary hours with 12 hour spend on the floor.

You will support the delivery of the high-quality care that this provider is known for.

Working closely with the Home Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from training, improving care levels and recruitment.

You will inspire a team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life.

That means leading by example and monitoring care standards.

As the Interim Clinical Lead, you will need to be clinical (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and will need to be comfortable working on the floor for 12 hours per week.

Finally, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.

Requirements:

RGN/RMN/RNLD

Happy to commit to a 3 month FTC with the view to go permanent.

Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager.

A genuine passion for elderly care

Location

This role is based within the Portsmouth are and would be suitable commute from Southampton, Porchester, Fareham, Titchfield, Waterlooville, Havant, Hayling Island and Gosport.
