Description

The Learning and Organisational Development team at NHS Golden Jubilee provides a highly customer focused service to our colleagues and stakeholders.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as the Corporate Learning and Education Lead.

Managing a small team of L&D staff you will be responsible for the:

Delivery, co-ordination and evaluation of corporate learning and education services within the board.
Development of an annual corporate learning, education and development plan that reflects priority training needs identified through Workforce planning, Learning Needs Analysis and national priorities.
Promotion of nonclinical educational pathways to support future and current workforce.
Supporting career development opportunities and succession planning within NHS GJ.
Learning management systems ensuring that digital learning service supports board and learner requirements.
Board appraisal process, systems and reporting.

We're looking for someone educated to post graduate level or equivalent in Learning or Education.

You should also have significant experience working at a practitioner level in a Learning and Development setting along with demonstrable experience of training design, delivery and evaluation (both in a virtual, digital and classroom environment).
