Job description
Experienced Maintenance Supervisor required.

Must be multi skilled and able to supervisor a team of maintenance assistants, desirable skills but not limited to:


  • Painting & Decorating
  • Wall paneling
  • Basic Plumbing (fixing taps etc)
  • Basic Electrics (fixing light switches etc)
  • Assembly Flat pack furniture
  • Installing blinds
  • Great eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines


Must have smartphone and own transport, be willing to work weekends and Oversee all repairs / projects and ensure that work is completed on time.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Permanent


Salary:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
