Description

We are looking to recruit, on behalf of our client, a Mechanical/Piping Supervisor to join an existing team in the construction and completion of an expansion of a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site on Teesside.


  • Confidence in liaising and working closely with the senior project management team & client
  • Managing Piping Fabrication / Installations on site
  • Producing and managing completion work packs
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Flexible approach towards working hours to meet project demands and deadlines
  • Well versed in Method statements
  • Adhering to site H&S procedures


The project is entering the completion phase, however, it is anticipated that it will run for another - 6 months.

The working hours are typically 45 hrs a week, however additional overtime is available during the week at weekends.


The rates below apply:


  • Mon

  • Fri (1st 37.5 hrs) £22.44 per hr,


  • Mon

  • Fri (over 37.5 hrs £33.66 per hr
  • Sat (1st 6 hrs) £33.66 per hr
  • Sat (over 6 hrs) £44.88 per hr
  • Sun (all hrs) £44.88 per hr
  • There is a fixed £2.37 per bonus, which is paid on all hrs worked
  • Radius mileage payment where applicable (in line with NAECI)
These are to be paid PAYE and holiday is either accrued/paid on 33 days per annum (inc statutory hols).


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

£25.00-£46.00 per hour
