Description

Our client is a global Investment Manager with offices in charming and accessible Surrey, and are seeking out a People Insights Manager to join their business to translate and transform their people data into insights that will help drive forward growthand evolution across the firm.

Through excellent manipulation of various data sources as well as a strong ability to influence and work alongside senior stakeholders in an HR-driven environment, you will be a pivotal part of guiding this business as it growsinto 2023.


Some of your day-to-day will involve:

  • Working alongside Transformation to understand where the Change Strategy needs to focus most
  • Developing various presentations and materials in order to effectively demonstrate how certain initiatives will impact the business and its employees
  • Focusing on various key themes within the business and prioritising information on these points as required
  • Liaising with various senior stakeholders on a regular basis, particularly within the HR function


The right person for this role must have experience working in a complex matrixed environment across various regions and functions, and an ability to operate under high pressure in a dynamic environment.

They will understand the key requirements of workingwith large people datasets and how to create concise yet convincing presentations from the most complex sources.
