Interim Financial Controller

Multisite Hospitality

£80,000 - £90,000 DOE

Hybrid working with an office in Central London

A private equity backed multi-site hospitality business, with venues across the UK, are recruiting an Interim Financial Controller. The business has exciting plans for 2023 including a pipeline of new openings.

As Interim Financial Controller you will beresponsible for ensuring robust financial control across the business, maintaining accurate financial accounts and records, and fulfilling all regulatory reporting requirements.

The Interim Financial Controller will also manage the delivery of monthly managementaccounts and play a key role in supporting forecasting, budgeting and analysis.

You will report to the CFO and manage a finance team.

Specifically, you will lead the month end process with monthly commentary and variance analysis, sign-off balance sheet reconciliations, produce cash flow forecasts and analysis, and prepare annual financial budgets and reforecasts.

You will work with seniorcolleagues to drive commercial performance.

As part of this role you will maintain the accounting system, continually identify and implement improvements in all finance processes, and ensure capital expenditure is reported and managed.

As part of this roleyou can expect to be involved in various ad-hoc tasks and high profile projects supporting the CFO.
