SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER- Residential Estate Agency

Location:
Dartford, DA1

Salary:
OTE £40k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

We need a
Senior Sales Negotiatorwith exceptional
selling and negotiation skills as well as a proven track record of success in
Listing Properties and
Winning Instructions.

You should currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a good understanding of the residential property sales process, have experience in listings and valuations as well as an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensiveunderstanding of what great customer service means.

A good local knowledge of the
Dartfordarea would be helpful.

Skills:
The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:

Extensive property sales experience
Smart and wellpresented
Intelligent and articulate
Ability to do valuations and listings
Ambitious and selfmotivated
Local knowledge of the Dartford area helpful
Driving licence is essential
