Customer Services/Help Desk Advisor

Full Time - Permanent

We have an opportunity for a Customer Services/Help Desk Advisor to join their team of staff in the Credit Control department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a working pattern of 9am to 5pm.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Motivated to implement/deliver on time to quality standards, with strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Initiative and flexible to new ideas and ways of working
Highly energetic and driven to succeed
Able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
Able to manage information of a confidential nature
Microsoft office skills are preferable
Excellent telephone manner and written skills

Duties of this role include:

Supporting the helpdesk team to deliver a consistent, efficient, accurate and polite service to our patients.
Managing patient enquiries to a high standard
Supporting change of business processes to improve overall efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and company policy.
Ability to work within other areas of the department if required
Completing adhoc requests from the management team.
