Office Administrator / Planner (Permanent)


Campbells Shortbread based in Callander has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Assistant / Planner to join our team.

Working in a family business you will enjoy being part of the team environment. The role itself is busy and requires someone with excellent time management and organisation skills.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm


Responsibilities:


  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confers with other departments and supervisors
  • Excellent work knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Work on own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager to meet business needs
  • Full driving license
