Job title:
Safety & Security Trainer / Assessor

Location:
Midlands (role requiring nationwide travel)


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE and pro rata

Contract type: 6 month fixed term contract


Hours of work: 37.5 Hours/week the hours of work will be flexible to meet with the business demands and may include weekend and evenings.

We are looking for committed applicants who have a professional background and who can develop and deliver highly engaging courses to a broad range of audiences/clients Nationwide.


If successful, you will be a part of the Training delivery team; this would place you at the heart of our business which is highly rewarding.

We are looking for creative and forward-thinking trainers with a unique approach to delivery.

  • Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety
  • Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety Supervision
  • Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)
  • Up to date teaching and assessing qualifications
  • Professionalism and experience in client facing roles
  • Full driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Delivery of interactive classroom sessions
  • Creating training needs analysis's
  • Planning training courses and assessment schedules
  • Continual development of current programs
  • Development of new qualifications & elearning content
  • Assessing learners at their workplace undertaking duties that meet the criteria of the course
  • Provide feedback and offer advice if the standards aren't met
  • Attending training days to deliver the course content to learners
  • Prepare for internal and external audits
