Job title:
Safety & Security Trainer / Assessor

Location:
Midlands (role requiring nationwide travel)

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE and pro rata

Contract type: 6 month fixed term contract

Hours of work: 37.5 Hours/week the hours of work will be flexible to meet with the business demands and may include weekend and evenings.

Who are we looking for ?

We are looking for committed applicants who have a professional background and who can develop and deliver highly engaging courses to a broad range of audiences/clients Nationwide.

If successful, you will be a part of the Training delivery team; this would place you at the heart of our business which is highly rewarding.

We are looking for creative and forward-thinking trainers with a unique approach to delivery.

Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety
Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety Supervision
Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)
Up to date teaching and assessing qualifications
Professionalism and experience in client facing roles
Full driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Delivery of interactive classroom sessions
Creating training needs analysis's
Planning training courses and assessment schedules
Continual development of current programs
Development of new qualifications & elearning content
Assessing learners at their workplace undertaking duties that meet the criteria of the course
Provide feedback and offer advice if the standards aren't met
Attending training days to deliver the course content to learners
Prepare for internal and external audits
