You and your team


Relationships in this role will be key You will be working with multiple stakeholders across the business, working with Compliance, Legal and DPO to ensure all activity meets regulatory requirements.

Your day-to-day task will include (but won't be limited too):

  • Responsible for managing existing customer marketing activity from strategy development, planning and execution across a given business line.
  • Management of the marketing budget associated with their business line.
  • Commercial negotiations with all new business, white label and key acquisition partners and agencies, ensuring new customer growth targets and costs commitments are achieved.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Credit Risk, Compliance and Product to ensure alignment existing customer marketing approach for their business area.
  • Provide regular insight into marketing activity performance, actively take any steps to address performance shortfalls and seek out new opportunities to grow the impact of their area on overall business objectives.
  • Responsible for existing customer marketing activity for their area, complying with regulatory, statutory and customer conduct requirements and all associated compliance policies, systems and procedures, audit documentation and improving where necessary.

What you'll bring to the team
To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience of business results in a customer marketing environment.
  • Experience of working with third party marketing service providers to deliver end to end customer experiences.
  • Ability to plan and report on customer marketing activity, demonstrating the business value generated from campaigns.
  • A strong creative marketer with the ability to evaluate creative to achieve maximum customer impact and results.
  • Organised with experience of delivering multichannel existing customer marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience of using marketing CRM systems.
  • Effective influencing skills and the ability to work with all levels.
  • Collaborative working style: the position requires a large degree of interaction with all areas of the business and with external partners.
  • Analysis and judgement to work with partners to communicate and implement new promotions and opportunities to drive customer responses at the same time as balancing costs.
This role is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week working on a hybrid basis from London.
