Purpose of the role

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and creative Digital Designer to support a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.

The individual should have at least 2 years demonstrable experience working within a digital agency or similar environment, developing their design skills along the way.

Responsibilities

• Design and creation of full sets of website wireframes, visuals and prototyping across different web platforms including Shopify and WordPress.
• Design and creation of Social Media posts, Paid Ads and infographics.
• Implementation of UX and Design best practices, specifically related to SEO, Paid Advertising and Social Media campaigns.
• Communicate design best practices throughout the team, including leading internal training as and when required.
• Responsible for managing own workload and assisting in many aspects of digital design and creation.

Experience

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in a Digital Design role.
• Agency experience is desirable but not essential.

Knowledge

• Experience using Adobe software including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• A good understanding of how different website platforms are designed (e.g. Wordpress and Shopify).
• Experience using Figma, as well as Blender or other 3D software is desirable.
• Familiarity with the Google Workspace (e.g. Google Slides).

Skills

• Ability to react and respond to client briefs and requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines.
• Ability to receive both internal and client feedback, and make relevant amends and improvements.
• Good interpersonal skills.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
