A global specialist in the design and manufacture of resilient metal seals, gaskets and ancillary components is seeking a highly motivated and skilled administrator with project management skills to join its team to support the next phase of developing and delivering the services required to meet growing operational demand and complexity at their UK site.

They are a growing multi-national business with operations in the UK, US, and Europe.


Reporting to the HR & Accounts Manager, the HR & Accounts Coordinator will support the development of technological solutions which will enable the company to identify debt profiles through data assessment and unlock and reduce debtor days.

They will also have the opportunity to be involved with projects to drive key objectives across the UK site.

The company has seen growth and development and has ambitious plans to continue this both nationally and internationally.

As a key member of the team tasked with modernising processes, the expectations of this HR and Accounts Coordinator role offer a unique opportunity to develop and grow.


To be successful in this HR & Accounts Coordinator role you must have proven skills and experience in:

  • Taking a key role in the planning and delivery of a company data strategy including the management of data, data security and risk assessments.
  • Assisting with reviewing current data capture and producing contractual documentation and inducting staff.
  • Assisting with technological deliverables e.g., absence management, holidays etc through appropriate software implementation.
  • Knowledge of time and attendance systems and automation of time sheets for timely completion of payroll.
  • Ensuring robust compliance and data integrity requirements across the department ensuring absolute confidentiality.
  • Building, developing and maintaining internal and external relationships to meet evolving business needs
  • Involvement in internal /external audits and processes.
  • Completing administration within an HR & Accounts Team and working closely with the finance and commercial departments.
  • Creating and maintaining technologically based supplier account records, payments and related activities.
  • Upgrading processes for administering and posting sales ledger invoices.
  • Monitoring and working closely with finance and commercial departments on weekly exchange rates.
  • Create and maintain customer records processes credit check and setting credit limits
  • Data analysis and maintenance of banks statements, cash books and petty cash

To be successful ideally you should have one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Have a minimum CIPD Accredited Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Have a strong accounts/finance background, with a CIMA/ACCA Qualification.
  • ISO9001, ISO14001 and/or ISO45001 Auditor Qualification.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
