Our client has grown over the years and are recognised in the cleaning industry as one of the leading independent janitorial distributors.

As the marketing manager you will have the responsibility of managing a small marketing team, whilst bringing in newideas to work on their catalogue, organising events, corporate exhibitions and other exciting opportunities.

What does the role involve?

Responsibility of production of the seasonal catalogues and to implement procedures as directed by the Marketing and Sales committee.
Employ coding system, allocate codes and descriptions
Creating content for social media, leaflets and events
Responsible for organising, proofing product branding, labels and packaging
Liaise and coordinating with the IT and the Procurement team for content on the existing product range and introduction of new products
Conduct team appraisals and employee 121 review meetings
Attend Sales & Marketing and Sustainability & Innovations Committee meetings to provide updates, organise meeting and minute taking.

Someone who has the confidence to organise marketing projects, work well under pressure and worked with deadlines
Someone with good communication skills, approachable and provide & demonstrate great leadership
