Description

Hobson Prior are currently looking for an Operations Lead to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Our client is focused on distributing viable ground-breaking novelties.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.


Key Responsibilities:


  • For this role, you will validate invoices and POs.
  • Handle reconciliation and future planning.
  • Ensure that the matrix method is executed and collaborate with the lead to roll it out.
  • You will manage large sets of data and reduce it down for presentations
  • Responsible for budget management as well as assuming assigned budget and guaranteeing POS are captured.
  • Coordinate with the finance team.
  • Any other assigned duties.
