We are building a new strategic digital business within Wealth & Personal Banking, with the ambition to become the next-generation global fintech solution, supporting the needs of internationally minded customers around the world.

Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services, enabling customers to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures.


Purpose:

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement branding and product marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Growth, Product, Design, Legal and Risk to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs. Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies as needed
Brand marketing

  • Be our brand guardian, continually develop and validate our brand proposition, positioning and brand identity. Deliver strong brand governance by ensuring our branding and communications are presented consistently, and are properly executed across the business in accordance with relevant regulatory, legal and risk standards.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement activities and campaigns through touchpoints/channels where our brand's mission and product are positioned (e.g. website, owned social media, PR) and launch above the line brand campaigns.
Product marketing

  • Be a Product partner to drive the success of core products through Marketing.
  • Define product positioning and messaging, by developing a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs, and maintaining a nuanced understanding of the market and our competitors through research and analysis.
  • Build and execute gotomarket plans and strategies for new products to deliver product specific KPIs.
Requirements


What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong experience in branding and product marketing in the fintech industry
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to crossfunctional teams
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the fintech industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the fintech industry in the UK. Understanding of other European markets is a plus.
  • Experience with above the line campaigns, branding, digital marketing channels, social media and PR
