My client, a fantasic project development company (namely property) are searching for an Assistant to the team. There are currently 12 employees in the office. You will be one of two business support employees. You will be the main 'go-to' in the office. This role is really for someone who is very ambitious, and looking to have a good career. You will learn lots on the Admin, Office Management, HR, Finance and Marketing side of things.
They require you in the office 4 days per week, with Fridays from home.

For the first few months you will need to be in the office 5 days, to get the swing of things, and to get to know the lovely team.

They really are a lovely bunch.
The hours you need to be in, are 9am to 5:30pm.

As the company grows, they also want this person to grow in the direction that they end up liking the most.

They have a fantastic culture, and do very swanky team events each month. They are also organising a trip abroad in April for the whole team.

  • What You'll Do:
  • All front desk tasks e.g. answering the phone; greeting clients; meeting room management; postal management
  • PA support to Directors
  • Marketing and admin tasks
  • Enusre effective running of the office
  • Contract and contact management through internal systems
  • Events organisation
  • Departmental liaison e.g. IT
  • Supply orders
  • Content creation for social media
  • Managing financial records and updating systems
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Expense management and invoice chasing/approval with suppliers
  • HR duties, providing admin support
  • Ordering of business cards
  • Building card management for employees
  • Payroll/healthcare updates for employees
  • Arranging trainings for the team
  • Liaison with building management on facilities and contract renewals
