Description

Cloud Solutions Architect (AWS). Data Innovation Team. Remote with occasional travel
Our FTSE100 Client, are looking for a Cloud SA within their Data Innovation team.

Salary:
£85k-£95k + bonus (Circa 30%) & 15%+ pension

Location:
London or Cardiff for important meetings

Overview:

You will have a detailed understanding of AWS Cloud resources and be responsible for the solution designs and architectural governance of cloud hosted Data platforms.

Clearly communicating solution designs, key design decisions and approaches tointerested parties, stakeholders, project bodies and relevant governance / assurance forums including the Technical Design Authority (TDA).

Experience required:

Experience designing and building complex Cloud hosted systems in AWS
Demonstrable programming skills in one or more of Python, Perl, C++, C, Java;
Designing and delivering business critical systems
A solid understanding of InfoSec principals
Experience of designing and implementing secure systems; data formats and data transfers i.e JSON, Avro, unstructured and structured data
