Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in a care home or home care setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Help clients with mobility and transfers
Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
Follow care plans and provide companionship to clients
Administer medication as instructed by healthcare professionals
Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
Assist with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
Valid driver's license (if required for home care)
Proficiency in English language (additional language skills may be beneficial)

Please note thwas poistions are zero hours and temporary to cover 1:1 care.
