Interim Finance Director | 3-6 Months | £400 - £500 per day Umbrella | Selby 2x per week

Castlefield are exclusively working with a PE Backed, divisional manufacturing business based in Selby that are seeking an Interim Finance Director to join their team.

You'll hold responsibility for two businesses within the group, t/o £18m and £3m.

As the UK No.1, you'll be reporting into a highly experienced EUCFO, and form a key part of the UK senior leadership team alongside the UK Sales Director and Operations Manager.

You'll be influential in driving profitability through providing detailed financial analysis on product costings/margins and working closely with operational managers to best control these.

You'll also be instrumental in working with the sales teams to analyseproject/contract profitability and advise on pricing for tender submissions

They operate a highly flexible system, with the expectation to be in the offices in Selby twice per week. They will eventually be recruiting the role permanently, which will be on offer to the interim if desired

Person:

ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
Manufacturing experience would be preferred
Excellent commercial skillset, with a strong track record of working with sales and operations on costings and profitability
Excellent MS Excel experience is requires as they are currently working on a limited system, with plans to implement an ERP system
