Description

We are looking to enhance our Administration operation and have the role of Administrative Assistant (Stock & Logistics) available within the Finance team.


Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role would be ideal for somebody with experience in a previous role, not necessarily finance.


The key tasks to the role are, entering stock receipts, and stock internal transfers on MS NAV Finance System, arranging transport for goods both to and from the business, liaising with warehouse to organise deliveries, filing and scanning documents.

Good attention to detail and an organised approach to tasks is essential for this busy role as is experience with E mail and MS Excel software.


Working in a team of 4 you will become an integral member of the finance team and be able to show the aptitude to develop your skills further and progress within the team.

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

The starting salary of the role would be £24,500 and this would be reviewed after a qualifying period.
