At Pulse Nursing at Home we specialise in nurse-led packages of care for clients with complex needs who want to receive care in their own homes and communities.

We provide lifetime sustainable solutions for our clients needing nursing care. We aim to empower individuals to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

The role is working with a variety of clients with clinical needs.

You will be working with our clients in the family home, as well accompanying them on any stays away from home.

Supporting their clinical needs and enhancing their quality of life.

You will be expected to deliver high quality patient care to high profile clients and exercise your clinical duties discreetly.

Build a rapport with the client whilst maintaining professional boundaries


What we are looking for in our team:

  • 12 months' UK care experience within a hospital setting, undertaking tasks such as personal care, administering medication, moving and handling etc.
  • Colleagues who are interested in working a stable Rota, working 1:1 or 2:1 within a client's own home
  • Colleagues who want to work with children
  • A willingness to learn and undertake new complex care interventions including suctioning and peg feeding
  • Colleagues who want to build a good working relationship with the team and the client.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexible and reliable
