What you'll do
As a Go To Market & Project Specialist you will be responsible for the launch & first 90 days performance of the most visible Enterprise initiatives in the UK.
Working closely with the Pricing, Propositions & Product teams as well as the wider business, you will assist in shaping and delivering a diverse range of Strategic and Tactical initiatives, that will drive the business forward and impact Vodafone UK's performance.
- These initiatives will often be our biggest shouts in the UK market, typically with our most significant marketing investment, and most likely requiring delivery across most, if not all our channels, from Business, to Regional, Major and through our indirect Partners, supported with significant Brand, Press and Marketing presence. Often these will be new propositions but could also be refreshes to existing products or pricing, as well as major device launches and significant regulatory changes.
- The core responsibility of the Go to Market (GTM) Specialist is to unite & lead a diverse crossfunctional team to build and execute a Project/GTM plan, ensuring the best customer experience and performance against the commercial targets of the initiative. You will also be responsible for interfacing with the Billing, IT or Product delivery team to ensure continual alignment between the technical project delivery and the GTM execution.
- Your ability to motivate people and work across teams to deliver is essential. You must also be able to operate with awareness of all inflight initiatives to ensure that projects are run effectively, and decisions are made with full understanding of knockon impacts and wider business tradeoffs.
Who you are
- Experience managing the introduction of products/propositions to technology or telecoms markets.
- Demonstrable marketing skillset in a similar position.
- Previous experience working to unite, direct and motivate project teams.
- Demonstrable commercial understanding and acumen of business KPI's.
- Passionate about customer experience and a desire to improve customer journeys.
- Prince 2 or equivalent project management qualification would be advantageous.
