Human Resources Advisor (part time, casual)

The role is based at home to work flexibly, according to client demand. There will be some travel to our clients based within the North East of England.
- proven experience of providing effective professional support and advice to schools and/or academies at HR advisor level;
- experience of providing HR support and advice to decision making and appeal panels on employee cases eg absence, disciplinary, grievance, where potential formal sanctions including dismissals are being considered;
- experience of supporting investigating officers during formal investigations;
- excellent communication skills; and
- the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of our team.
