Due to continued growth we are looking for an Operations Administrator to join us at our office in Heybridge, Essex.
We run a fleet of 130 access platforms ranging from 3.5m up to 30m whilst also offering service work and training to customers and end usersResponsibilities would include (but not limited to):
- Assist with taking hire enquiries and general hire desk duties
- Book in training, workshop and hire jobs
- General organising of office paperwork, i.e driver, engineer paperwork
- Push our services to current and new customers
- Day to day running of the office
Qualifications
- Experience in the powered access industry would be advantageous
- Experience with Syrinx and Sage programmes would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Be enthusiastic, methodical and able to fit into a close nit team
- Understand basic units of measure.

£23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
