The SML Group Ltd are currently looking for a Trainee Property Surveyor to join their successful and ever-growing team within our Property Services Division.

SML Group Ltd is dedicated to the Land, Building, and valuations sectors through traditional surveying, specialist subsidence monitoring, and property data services.

We aim to provide a fantastic working environment for all our staff, friendly and inclusive, and actively encourage on the job training, with our longer serving team members always happy to share their extensive knowledge.

Main objectives of the role:

Being part of a team of 20 property surveyors carrying out a variety of surveying tasks
Producing detailed on site floor plans
Ensuring customer and client satisfaction through great rapport and the quality of work produced

Essentials:

Right to work in the UK
Full UK Driving Manual Licence

Working on own initiative
Knowledge of Android devices

Your working week would be Monday to Friday 7:30 - 17:00 door to door
