POSITION PURPOSE:


The Corporate Access Execution Specialist is a partner to internal Corporate Access Originators, Portfolio Managers, Research professionals and corporate investor relations teams.

Their primary purpose is to execute the process that connects T.

Rowe Price investment staff to companies of investment interest by coordinating internally to ensure that meeting logistics are properly established, implemented and communicated.


This role will be based in our International Headquarters in London and will report to the Head of Corporate Access, EMEA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with internal Corporate Access Originators, investment staff (Portfolio Managers, Sector PMs, Associate PMs, Analysts and Associate Analysts) to arrange company meetings hosted at T. Rowe Price locations or off premises.
  • Effectively and proactively market research meetings to appropriate internal stakeholders including Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts. Drive internal and external communications to manage the RSVP process.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Access Originators to oversee the strategic planning and management of highvalue investor research trips (e.g., sector themed trips and/or industryfocused company field trips), including preparing meeting schedules, confirming attendees and external logistics.
  • Coordinate daily corporate access efforts for T. Rowe Price, including planning, preparing, executing and reporting on meetings with company management teams.
  • Contribute ideas to build on and improve the existing process to facilitate company meeting requests from our investment staff.
  • Ensure that company meetings are recorded in our Global Event Management System (GEMS), including company information, host information, location, date, time etc.
  • Oversee onsite management of events where necessary
- especially for large-scale meetings, taking on responsibility for end-to-end execution.

  • Data & Reporting: Produce periodic and ad hoc reports that summarize company meeting activities, internal service level agreements, and/or company engagement trends. Proactively identify and distribute key conclusions to Corporate Access Originators and Investment Management
  • Maintain and update Corporate Access CRM database as needed.
  • Serve as quality control as it relates to all meeting logistics and deliverables.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • 35 years prior experience in Corporate Access or the financial services industry preferred
  • High attention to detail and demonstrates a passion for proactive problem solving
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential
  • High degree of operational efficiency, ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Ability to selfdirect and work independently
  • Thrives in a fluid work environment
  • Ability to analyse and identify critical issues
  • Builds strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to show initiative and flex to multiple work styles
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion
