CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a highly successful, high growth business in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have a new requirement to take on an experienced Finance Business Partner.

This is an opportunity to join a business in a role where you will have the opportunity to add significant value.


What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • P&L reporting with clear communication to internal stakeholders;
  • Detailed financial analysis and reporting on company performance;
  • Support in budgeting and forecasting processes;
  • Partnering with the Finance Director to improve financial visibility across the business;
  • Management reporting and analysis during upcoming acquisitions.
  • Ad hoc analysis on a projects basis.
  • To be considered for this role you need to be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified;
  • Driven to progress;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Power BI is beneficial.
